How do I pay for my purchase?

After making  your order you will receive a confirmation.  When the order is ready David will contact you to ask for payment which you can make by cheque or bank transfer.

What are your delivery options?

 

All deliveries of pottery and cutlery items are through la poste France.  Normally deliveries take approximately 3 to 5 days.  All deliveries are trackable.  Please contact David if your order has not arrived within a week of your payment.

How do I return an item?

Postage and Packaging

David does not charge for packaging and postage is charged at cost.
